Hi, awesome thank you! I had one of them added that way and it complained about something.... While the Project loaded(like doing Editor Restart/Refresh)... I'll add it again later and take note of the error.
Adding external dll to Project.csproj from the editor will added later. Right now need use Visual Studio or command line for this operation. Must have the complete project manager inside the editor
That will be neat!. Yeah I don't like Visual Studio and I don't know the command line stuff all that well 😛. But yeah finding things; that I can do 😛 actually this web page helped in this finding. Add-on Creation @ Connecting additional Dll
- Also to say that its weird for me. I have more experience building(Compile) projects on Linux than windows, but not really "advance" enough knowledge about Linux itself, though on Windows I know if very well (from a support/repair perspective) but not so much in the development side... Anyways *
Please tell more what benefits of using Python in the engine? For what it useful?
Well over C# I can't really see any particular benefits, apart from the massive Python Community/Modules available and the ease of learning; I can see that at work; A lot of the people my age(33) and older(even some younger) have a lot of trouble getting into something like C# over something like a Python script. Its simpler to focus on what needs to happen over the rules and things and and..(in most to some cases). This is however thinking in the lines of using either as a tool for "usual stuff", Automation, Industry, Engineering, IT... those lines.
For me in regards to Python its the access to modules that I already know and tools that I have... But I am kinda starting to like C# 😀
FYI: I'm not asking for Python support 😄
Anyways thanks for the reply!
Enjoy!
